WESTMINSTER, Mass. -- The last two times Sam Rameau and the Rameau Family Motorsports team competed at Monadnock Speedway, a trophy went home back to Westminster, Massachusetts. This Saturday, the team returns to Tri Track Open Modified Series competition at the home track for another 100-lap feature, in round four of the Tri Track season.

Rameau picked up the big win on Saturday, May 1 at Monadnock earlier this year, dominating the early stages, then pitting and having to drive through the field late to score the win with a late pass for the lead. This time, he hopes the road to Victory Lane is a bit easier. Rameau will look to get back on track after a rough day at Star Speedway last time out and nearly a month off.

Through four events on the Tri Track circuit, Rameau sits sixth in the championship standings, just 31 points from the top.

The full schedule for race day includes one practice session from 2:30-3:30 p.m., followed by qualifying heat races at 5:30 p.m. The 100-lap feature is scheduled to take the green flag at 8:45 p.m.
