ABOUT SAM RAMEAU
Sam Rameau grew up in the sport of auto racing, and competes at the highest levels of asphalt modified racing today.
Rameau started his career at just eight-years-old in Quarter Midgets, before jumping to Legends Cars at the age of 12, where he competed for two years. Rameau was successful right from the early days of driving, and decided to take the next step to the Open Wheel Tour-Type Modifieds at the age of 13. Rameau's early Modified success included victories at Lee USA Speedway and Beech Ridge Motor Speedway in 2018.
Rameau would make the jump to the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour, where he became the Sunoco Rookie of the Year in 2019 on the strength of three top 10 finishes. In 2020, Rameau scored arguably the biggest win of his career -- grabbing the checkered flag in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event at Monadnock Speedway. Rameau also competed on the Whelen Modified Tour in all nine events during the 2020 season. In 2021, he won the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event at Monadnock for the second straight year.
For 2022, Rameau ran the full-time Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series seven-race schedule, select NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour races and the Whitcomb 5 Series in New Hampshire. He won the Whitcomb 5 Series event at Lee USA Speedway in July.
In 2023, he will run select NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour races and along with two JDV Open Modified races and more.
